Supervision for Therapists
Supervision of therapy provides pivotal focus to your practice. This allows the development to open new understandings and new skills and become a basis for vicarious learning of all participants. This unique supervision program is open for Ukrainian and Indian therapists to learn from the particular uniqueness of each other’s national, psychological, and political/ economic impacts.
Working with Suicidal People
Training in Suicidality is an extremely important and specific therapeutic skills set.
Suicidality appears in many ways in your therapeutic practice – from the crisis panic and overwhelmed contact to thinking that “world will be better without you” or visa-versa.

Reclaiming Ukraine
Reclaiming Ukraine – Educational Project is a non-profit program to support the training and development of psychology professionals working with civilians living through the Russian invasion.
Funds raised will be used for on-going training and development of professional and the continuation of programs for civilians.
About Me
Alan Richardson is a psychologist, psychotherapist, educator and supervisor based in Brisbane, Australia. He is an accomplished therapist and educator who teaches relationship therapy, counselling, and supervision subjects in university and courses internationally. He has been closely associated with several process work schools around the world.
More recently he developed an essential approach in ethics-informed practice for both counselling and supervision interventions.
His therapeutic approach stems from building relationships – relationship with the self, relationship with people, relationship with the world, and the expression of the self in the world.
